Frederick Hester works in the mechanical engineering office as a technical product designer. He started his career with an apprenticeship at Herkules.

Andreas Vollmers began his career as a construction engineer with his bachelor's thesis here at the company.
“In software development at Herkules, we work on two major topics: machine control and managing the entire roll store. We develop all of our software ourselves.
I really appreciate the challenges that come with my daily work. What makes Herkules special for me is the great corporate culture and the team - I enjoy coming into the office every day.“
Jay Vansjalia is originally from India, studied mechatronics at the University of Siegen and has been working as a software engineer at Herkules since 2021.
„As a SPS developer, I write programs that directly control our machines. We work closely with various departments and also test the programs directly in operation. The mix of office work and on-site assignments is particularly exciting - we often travel all over the world to commission our software. During my advanced training, I was supported by the company, which made it easier for me to find my dream job.“
Ken Schäfer is a SPS software developer in the electrical engineering office at Herkules. His career began in 2013 with an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician at WaldrichSiegen, before he trained as a technician and moved to Herkules within the Group.
