Apprenticeships have always been a top priority at Herkules Meuselwitz. Many managers at Herkules Meuselwitz started their careers here with an apprenticeship. That shows: We rely on our own trainees.
Every year, around 10 young talents start their professional career with us. You will learn the basics of your future profession in our in-house training workshop. After the basic courses, you will quickly become an integral part of the team and take on your own tasks with the help of your experienced colleagues.
Our location
300 employees design and manufacture at Herkules Meuselwitz on a production area of 19,000 m2 with expertise and passion for roll grinding machines, lathes and roll store equipment. The design department develops customized solutions for customers, which are manufactured with the help of modern machinery that is regularly invested in.

Why did you decide to train as a mechatronics engineer?
I decided to train as a mechatronics technician because it suits my interests perfectly, offers a wide range of tasks and will give me a varied working life later on.
What advice would you give new trainees?
The transition from school to working life can be a big change at first. Keep at it, show perseverance - after a few weeks it will be much easier and you will quickly find your feet.
